The customer needs to bring a photocopy of any of the following photo id proofs handy for receiving the delivery.
- Pan card
- Driving License
- Voters card

If some person other than the customer approaches for acceptance of delivery, then his/her photo ID will also be required.
As the customer himself or his authorized representative will accept the delivery of the order from Satva Gold after verifying the product at Satva Gold itself, generally, there will not be any case of returning the product or its exchange as it happens in the case of door delivery.
Hence, all such cases shall be treated at par with the cases of offline transactions and the prevailing policy for the return or exchange of the products.
In case of home delivery, the customer shall return the product within 7 working days. We shall check the condition of the product and other quality parameters including weight, etc. within the next 7 working days and process the refund thereafter. Hence, a refund may take approximately 15 working days. If the product is not returned within 7 working days, then Satva Gold shall not be liable to accept the return of the product under any circumstances.
As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway.
If required, Satva Gold shall replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price. Refunds will only be made after we have received the product undamaged and in its original packaging.
